Cover Rumor Thread

well I'm sure everyone here instantly knew what editions I was referring to regardless lol
Did I imply that people didn't know what the big 4 were anymore? I'm saying that the concept is out of date and irrelevant, but sure let's pretend Vogue Paris France and Vogue Italia, in particular, are... still as important as they were during their heyday. Sure.

GQ UK is reprinting that awful Micheal B Jordan cover for its March issue. In the digital era, reprints for supposedly major magazine covers is so lazy. Especially when it comes decidedly after the original.

GQ is so bad, but they must be saving so much money with all these reprints and shared content!

I can kind of accept shared content to a greater degree, when it’s all arriving at the same time and across multiple editions. When it comes weeks after any buzz it might have generated is long gone, it just seems bizarre.

Not that this cover had any real interest it or its star. GQ is in a very strange place as a magazine. I think the market it used to pride itself on being exclusively for has disintegrated entirely and now they’re grappling around for some kind of relevance, with some kind of audience.

I’d love to know what their demos look like now.
