Korea is under license. México & Latam, Germany and Arabia are directed by CN. I don't remember if Taiwan and India too.

I'm not going to list them, but the editions listed here with an asterik aren't published by CN.

A bit of a random question but are there any other editions other than Vogue Australia that used to be published by Conde Nast but are now licensed? I know Vogue Australia flip flopped between license and CN for a while.

well we have British vogue out, very meh but its not horrible
