    Thurs: 5 mile bike ride
    Fri: 6 mile bike ride
    Tomorrow I am going to climb the hardest trail I have ever hiked in my life :/

    I started an app called "30 day fitness challenge" and did some yoga practice at home... need to go back to the gym!

    Friday i hiked for 4 hrs
    Saturday did 40 mins cardio
