LOL:lol:
aww...now i'm craving a choco milkshake!

A big lunch, then an hour walking around the city (pretty quick though, had appointments to make it to), and tonight I had a volleyball game, which we won!! YAY TEAM!! :)
Tomorrow I'm hitting the gym.

Only 30 minutes running and feeling a bit guilty beacause I had a slight binge on some chocolate, lollies and chips

I don't think ANY food should make a person feel guilty. Stealing money from your grandmother, blaming something on someone else, lieing to a friend- those seem like things to feel guilty about. Not yummy food! :p

 Thanks I know but I can't help it since I've been doing so great lately. Today I did my normal 30 minute jog and I'm going to do a pilates dvd later on.

^ didn't mean to judge you, just making sure you knew it was fine if you slip every once and again :-)

My daughter is practicing for her inter-school cross country race, so I went running with her is the woods and we were both really happy.

7 miles

Wednesday – 65 minutes

Friday – 58 Minutes

Sunday – 53 Minutes 30 Seconds

Tuesday – 52 Minutes 30 Seconds

Thursday – 49 Minutes 45 Seconds

Tuesday – 49 Minutes 53 Seconds

Obviously a training plateau! I'm determined to get this run in under 40 minutes...

maybe an occasional trip to the gym...but other than that, nothing :)

Good job on the running Prince and Cosette! I"ve just started running again (I've completely let myself go) So I went out last night in the pitch black with the street lamps lighting the way, and actually got further than I thought I would without going into a walk...I'm going to try and build it up everyday I wish I knew how far I was running though.

wow how do you guys get motivated?
the only thing I do is walk to school and home, because I have to. and that's not really exercising.

I've had really bad motivation in terms of excercise the past couple of years, and all I've really done other than walking about etc is doing watersports in the summer.

But recently I've been doing alot of walking to college and then in my lunchbreak I usually just go for a fast walk around town and back for when lessons start again...so I've started to feel a bit more healthy, and I enjoy running so I've decided to start running again (boughts some charva pants the other day to get me on the right track (pardon the pun)) I love seeing a progress aswell...it's very satisfying when you can run faster/further one week than you could have the week before, I also need a stopwatch coming to think of it, god I feel like running now but I have too much work :muscles:

I think I'll run 3-4 km tonight. I haven't been at work today, though, so I'm afraid that some of my collegues will see me (maybe quite paranoid, but there are so many people where I work). Well, it's pretty dark outside, so I think that's what I do, I need to run out some of my worries.

Today...

1h40 of pilates class
and I walked for about 30 / 40 min.
