This (bad) week:

Strength/resistance training
Circuit training

Pilates personal training
 
I ran 3 miles yesterday and then danced for 2 hours or so at a nightclub... and I feel it now lol. I'll do 3 miles tomorrow after work.
 
30 mins/4.15 miles on the bike
10 mins on the elliptical
lifting
 
35 minutes on the bike (12.59 miles :buzz: )
10 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with no incline)
stretching

WOW, you must have been going fast! :woot: I was leisurely biking, reading a magazine and did just a little over 4 miles in roughly the same amount of time! :innocent: hehe
 
^ I go in a leisurely pace when I'm on the bike as well; I'm lucky if I get over 6 miles in half an hour. I don't really know why I went so fast today; I tried the personal trainer mode/routine on the bike and I was in the zone. I was also trying to tune out this weird old guy in the bike next to mine that kept trying to hit on me hehe. :yuk: :p
 
This morning before work: 2 mile jog

I WILL keep it up this time - only 7.5 weeks to my 10k race :o
