Daily Exercise

Most guys I know do care to have a good muscled butt, I know I do. The boys you know must be lazy. :p Why focus on upper body, torso, but not your butt?

Well, the guys you know arent the guys I know, so if they don´t work the butt doesnt mean that they are lazy because they work out. Anyway, when I was in the gym I do cared about the butt, but know I´m not there & I´m going to do swimming, starting tomorow. w/ the swimming I can work everything from the head until the feets.

In the morning I walked for about 2-3km.

In the evening I went jogging(about 5km)and then walked again for about 2 km.

Now I've done abs + butt/thigh exercise things.

Tomorrow I have step-aerobics and I'm going to go jogging again, hopefully a bit longer. And of course all the abs etc.

On Wednesday I don't have time to do much....

30 min elliptical, 20 min treadmill, 1hour pilates on the Allegro-machine.

Filipe, do you think i can do the exercise for the butt with dumbells instead of a gymnastic-ball?

well, why do you need to do that exercise with that medicine ball? you don´t have machines to work the butt in your gym?

if you want to work the butt at home also, you can use like a volleyball or something, I dont think that medicine ball is very different from a normal volleyball & for that exercise it doesnt matter at all.
With dumbells I think it wouldn´t work.

I just really don't like doing the machines in the gym. i do most of the excersice with dumbells or no weight at all.
then I'll try it with a regular ball

Thanks^^

Well ok but trust me, you can obtain faster results using weight machines to work the butt in the gym than any other simple exercise like that with the ball.
butt machines are totally different than the others, you don´t need to be afraid to get injuried or something.

I logged 176 miles of cycling last week. In the summer I push past 250 miles a week regularly. I don't recommend it for everyone. It's time consuming and dangerous but I simply enjoy it. It's easy to get hooked especially if you enjoy the outdoors. I refuse to cycle stationary--boring. Sportswear is so advanced nowadays. I have all kinds of cycling specific apparel. It doesn't get cold very often where I live. The cycler tan is unavoidable but I don't care, I'm having fun. One side effect is that I lost 25 pounds in less than a year and I'm still losing.

Dress for the crash. It isn't a question of if. It is a question of when.

I've just started cycling, in addition to my usually weights routine.
Here in Bristol, im used to cars pulling out on me...when im driving. But on a bicycle it takes abit of getting used to. But i caught one of them up the other day...........:innocent:
Defiantly addictive....im shopping for a decent racer......:woot:

^cycling up here should come with a health warning. I don't think I know of any cycle lanes.

I've been to the gym for a week now, getting slightly addicted! Trying weights tomorrow...

Cardio last night 1 hr... I would run for 1-2mins every so often I clocked around 5 minutes of running the rest powerwalking... I got my heart rate higher than ever 183 :) for my age that's not bad!! :)

Wednesday: 1 hour pilates class

I'm finding it really difficult to get out of the house to workout with my other half away... Hmm, I might have to drag out the stationary bike. (which I hate, as it hurts my butt, lol)

It looks so funny when guys only focus on the upper body and then forgets the legs and butt...it looks like their legs have literally withered

Love cycling, and there are cycle lanes everywhere in Denmark. But someone stole my bike! Damn you stupid ghetto!

It's especially brutal cycling in Århus, the hills are crazy steep and all over the place. I used to sweat like a pig when I had been downtown.

Yesterday: 45 min elliptical, upper body training with light weights.
Today: REST :D

chanellover: how do you feel like spinning affects your body (mostly lower body)? I nevertried it, because a friend of mine said it will make the legs bulky

There´s a some guys that do that, they are called "the flamingos", that´s the most stupid thing to do. it has no sense at all.

It hasnt made my legs bulky. I went through a phase of spinning three times a week and it just toned me up and it increases your stamina really quickly. I wouldd definintley recomend it though :D
