Daily Exercise

Has anyone tried bikram yoga. I have my first class on sunday and im scared, ive read a lot scary reports about people fainting and being sick :(

Run on the beach in soft sand for 20 minutes. (nearly killed me lol)
Then a swim in the ocean for bout 15 minutes.

Monday: 1 hour pilates class / 30 minute walk
Tuesday: 45 minute jog

I was at the gym for hour and a half and later I was babysitting my 2 year old brother and we were walking through the city for 2 hours at least.^_^

I wanted to do a consistent 40 minute treadmill jog at 4 with 1.5 incline. But I got bored to I would raise the incline and go to 5. I lasted 30 mins lol
I feel good though :)

Yesterday arvo i went for another run.
Today i walked to gym then spent and hour there then walked home (only 1km away from gym)
Then this arvo I'm going running on the beach with my dogs then playing tennis and maybe doing swim training...

I would die of frustrating if it wasn't for pilates.
I have been running for 30 minutes a day the past 2 weeks and after 40 minutes of pilates last night my thighs already look better than when I jog.
I feel better. I just want to stay toned. And pilates does so everywhere
