Daily Exercise

A half-hour dance rehearsal, then a walk through the village to my friends, then a run to my house and back in rain cause I'm forgetful, then 2 hours of singing and dancing at a concert. Phew!

It's important for you to count the laps to see if you are improving or not. :flower:

Good point! I'll definitely do it next time I go swimming ! ^_^

This thread is not really active... When I don't post here, it's mostly because I've been lazy and done nothing... I wish we could all exchange more tips.

Yesterday: nothing
Today: we'll see...

^this thread used to be very active, many people asking questions, I'd loose several time sometimes answering questions.

And I take back this:
It's important for you to count the laps to see if you are improving or not.

I'd say that you only know you're improving in day after doing swimming if you feel your body sore or not. What are your objectives when you go swimming?

A person's performance can be depend on many factors: what did you eat before swimming, your motivation for it, if you're good physically. well it depends much.
...

Today was my best swimming training ever:

- 80 laps - 1:15 h

was very focused on my training, counted the laps accurately, was with much motivation. my initial goal was the 60 laps but made 80. next goal is 100 with the same time.

Woohoo that's impressive Filipe! Well done!

I started swimming only recently after a knee injury. My objective really is to go back to training but I try not to overdo it, I don't want to hurt myself even more. My knee is slightly getting better and I'm going to increase my level of training. Last time I went swimming I swam with the fast swimmers, which was really challenging. I was really sore afterwards! I'm going back later today. :)

I went climbing (indoor) yesterday for 2 hours. Have never done it before but I love this sport ^_^ haha. Pretty exhausting but it's a lot of fun.

My daily exercise ^^ :

Yes I see, there's no rush, you will increase your training with time. It's good to have competition while swimming which is rare for me, since most of the fast swimmers go swimming with a trainer - swimming classes. Now (for some months now) I don't go for classes hence the time I spend there, because classes are only for 45 min.

Wow, never did that, that sounds great, baby! :winkiss:

Hehe, I think you'll have to give it a month before you see any changes in your body! But when the training starts showing... it feels so good and it is so motivating! :woot:
