I started swimming only recently after a knee injury. My objective really is to go back to training but I try not to overdo it, I don't want to hurt myself even more. My knee is slightly getting better and I'm going to increase my level of training. Last time I went swimming I swam with the fast swimmers, which was really challenging. I was really sore afterwards! I'm going back later today.![]()
I went climbing (indoor) yesterday for 2 hours. Have never done it before but I love this sporthaha. Pretty exhausting but it's a lot of fun.

couple strength exercises here and there
meh ... hopefully there will be a real change in my body soon
