thursday: 25 minutes on treadmill (split intervals power walking/running) + stretches
 
friday: 25 minutes on treadmill (split intervals power walking/running) + stretches
 
Trying to get back into the swing of things

Mon- Wed

Yoga stretching- 15 minutes
Elliptical machine- 20 minutes
Yoga stretching- 10 minutes

Thursday
Yoga stretching- 15 minutes
Elliptical machine- 35minutes
Yoga stretching -10 minutes

Friday
Off

Sat

Yoga stretching- 15 minutes
Elliptical machine- 20 minutes
Yoga stretching- 10 minutes

Yesterday - 7.3kms run on the treadmill + stretches
Today - half hour walking the dog....might do something else later on.
 
yesterday:

25 mins (interval jogging/sprinting) on the treadmill
30 mins hill setting on exercise bike
10 mins eliptical

30 mins full body weights

today:

I'm moving house, so packing/carrying boxes and running up and down the stairs a million times!
 
LAST WEEK:

Walking many many many hours in day because I was in New York. My legs feels so sore at the moment.
 
Follow up on the Spartacus: did 9/10, giving only about 75% effort. I'm kind of disappointed for not going the extra, but I'll deff condition myself gradually.

Alongside:
15 min cardio treadmill.
Chest press.
Stretches.
 
Monday: 20 minute swim & 20 minute run (intervals of running/power walking)
