Daily Exercise

Hello, I want t have a fit body cos right now I'm super skinny and my body isnt attractive... What should I start doing, as a bigginer. I just wanna have a slimer body with nice arms and abs. Any advice?

Yesterday - 7 *** on the treadmill after walking around all day (I was so stuffed when I was done)

Today - walked the dogs for 45 minutes before breakfast, 16 minutes on the X-trainer.... will get on the treadmill again before the day's over.
Also did another 8.3 ***, I'm completely spent now. :doh:
 
40 minutes walk to the gym (downhill one way, uphill on the way back!)

20 mins HIIT on the treadmill
25 mins hill interval setting on the bike
5 minutes rowing (i HATE rowing. five minutes was all i could force myself to do :p)
10 mins elliptical

I didn't do any weights but my muscles feel 'torn', like they feel after i've overdone it with weights - i'm not quite sure why, but thought i'd give weight training a miss today!
 
I just finished a 40 min run too.
I felt really good, so I think early morning workouts suit me best.
 
20 min running
20 min elliptical
3 sets of 10:
- twist back extension
- chest press
- shoulder press
