Daily Exercise

I also did 45min of running yesterday^
...exhausting hahah

Today

30min on trademill
hotyoga for 75min

technically yesterday:
15 min pilates video
10 min on the treadmill

i had a lazy sunday.

I had a few too many chocolate munchies yesterday so I felt I needed to do a longer workout today.... :o
9 *** on the treadmill

I've been working out for seven years now, started when I was 16. I usually begin with my stretching exercise, which lasts about 10 minutes, then an hour or so of cardio - mostly, I stick to the treadmill, though maybe once or twice a week I also work out on the elliptical or the exercise bike. Lastly, it's either 30 minutes of weight training or abs/back/arm, depending on how exhausted I am. I don't diet at all, and often indulge in guilty pleasures, but thanks to the exercise regime, I've more or less remained in shape all these years.

^If you don't me asking, just how long does that take you? I mean, I manage about 8 plus *** in about an hour, but always wonder if I'm a bit slow. :ninja:

I think it took me about 45 minutes running time to complete 9 ***. Honestly though, I wouldn't get too hung up on the time.... I think the distance is more important. :flower:
