Not specific to Dasha, but those things can often shroud a lot of pain. Best not to be jealous of a life as the glossies present it to us; she never really discusses her feelings and personal experiences anyway. I don't envy her relationship with Abramovich at all. It's not a personal attack, as he may be a wonderful boyfriend for all I know. But he's much older than her, which would go past me were it not for the fact that he is twice-divorced and has five young children. And his business and fortune make his lifestyle very dangerous, requiring constant security and secrecy.
