Sorry, I must disagree with this. Josh Hartnett is imo. He seems like a frat boy who never grew up. Also, when he first got big, everyone was like, aww, he's such a nice guy because he stayed with his high school sweetheart, an average to ugly looking girl. But since then he's been linked with Katie Holmes, Gisele, Daria, and now Scarlett so he obviously got over that in a hurry. Anyways, Daria could do so much better! I see Daria with a real rocker, although I can't think exactly who off the top of my head.
