I searched in the forum and I didn't find any thread about denim shirts.

I actually like the denim shirt in the last pic. I used to wear them, but that was back in the early 90s.

i like them :) but maybe not as a long sleeve

The second one is perfect...like 70s fit...the last one is horrible mamma mia that bottom cut is like a cheap 90s nightmare...well the old Levis or Lee ones is easy to find in fleamarkets...I like a lot..

lol! you're right, these fringes on the bottom are so cheap.... I bought a levis shirt in a fleamarket, perfect (exactly like second picture), and it costed me just 20€...

It seems like everything I used to think was gross is coming back into fashion!

i absolutely love denim shirts! ONLY if they're paired correctly, though.

the row and band of outsiders make incredible ones!!

As if an Olsen is wearing denim on denim... I may have to rethink that fashion faux pas!

I hate double denim, but it looks OK with another material on the bottom.

You could get accused of the "denim tuxedo" with denim shirts, but I've never really hated denim shirts. They're manageable for casual wear. Just need the right bottoms and a certain pair of shoes to complete the look. Denim shirts aren't that bad to me.

haha how funny - I was going to start a thread about this! I love chambray, and have been really feeling them at the moment. The problem is I mostly only wear jeans so denim+denim=bad. But J.Crew has ones that I love. I couldn't justify spending $100 though on something my dad probably has in his closet.
from jcrew.

I really like them. Their current popularity inspired me to create this polyvore set a while ago and now I feel I need to find one for myself so I can re-create it in reality..

I really like them layered with a leather jacket and with the sleeves of both pushed up.

I think Vintage Levi ones are great. I remember my dad had a great one...obviously would be like a sack on me though.

I know. I don't like doing that sort of trendy/grunge/oversized thing. I want a fitted shirt, which is what appeals to me about J.Crew. Unfortunately, when I was last in store, all the Smalls in the men shirts were gone. The XS on their website comes and goes.
