Meg are you saying chambray's a type of denim?

It is a type of denim I think, and usually what these shirts are made of (I think because the weave is finer or the fabric at least is thinner). I simply call all denim shirts "chambray". This may be incorrect. This is also how J.Crew identified their shirts....

i think you must be right.. i'm just reading about it now, it's made in a similar way to denim but becomes softer because of the structure..

i bought one from Topman a few months ago and i love it to bits. i don't team it with denim on the bottom though. usually i wear it with a tight dress, tights and flat boots.

i'm wearing a denim jacket since past summer ...
i think i'll go next step with the denim shirt very soon ...

i'm not so sure it's gonna fit me but i'll buy one or two types i spotted in a thrift shop ...

anyone have pictures of men wearing denim shirt ? i have doubts about the shoes and pants to wear ... i don't want to be called denim w**re ... and boots are classic ... but i would like to wear something else than boots during SUMMER !
