They are indeed! I'm wondering now if i actually love the hildegarde even more? It's sort of less dainty and more slouchy. I've gotta stop thinking about it... I cant add any more weight to my credit card. Ouch..

i can't decide if the middle one is my most or least favorite.

it's striking, but i just wonder how the hardware would feel over time.

why don't these people make a deep purple or deep blue? the bottle green is nice, but that shade (unlike the jewel tone green spy) does not look good against olive skin.

Excellent point. That green for the Spy is much nicer in tone (Fendi really needs to bring that color back ASAP) I asked about a deep purple, I haven't gotten a response back yet though it may have only been a sample color. Purple would look so beautiful too with the golden hardware.

I really love the green in this bag! I'm not into the deep, rich tones as I have blonde hair and fair skin. This is my first green bag! (apart from a khaki paddy, but that is a far more dark, earthy tone, not really green) I think there is navy and purple though? What about that vogue article with the pics..sure there's navy. Now that would be nice.

I have moved from when I first saw these back when that I wanted them...to maybe.....to no no no....and to nice....to no no no after I got my birkin and now I am like I really should get one.

as long as the gold zippers and the ram thing isn't nuts and the leather is amazing...and the fit over the shoulders is nice....thne I think I might have to

I'm just afraid that they are going to be really scarce. LVR is already sold out of the green and black in the Violet. Do we know who else will have them?

no I doubt it. I don't think ppl will go as crazy about it. Derek Lam, made these available for anyone to order from them and it was about the managers and buyers of certain stores ordering them or not.

Oh no, I agree with you. I just like to pretend there is some sort of secret Handbag Mafia out there plotting out the supply and demand of hot new bags.

well I think designers used to keep things exclusive like Fendi, Chloe, Balenciaga but then they all got greedy and shoved styles out the door. I mean they need someone new in marketing. The harder to get and the lower the supply creates more buzz and demand. Fendi b bags are just sitting around!

Hermes is the only house of design that is able to keep it exclusive over and over again.

but for Derek Lam. Neiman Marcus didn't even order the bags. Bergdorf didn't either.

Barneys did but they do like to order alot of NY designers and do things differently and be a little more edgy.

there is alot of buzz around these. I think there have been like 2 features in magazines? At least one I know for sure.

I think the new Elle comes out today...and W. I hope I can get it.

I am getting more and more tempted on these bags!

the double zipper hobo looks really huge!! looks like it would be a really nice throw everything in it day bag.

I am on the list for the violet bag...and I am wondering how I would like the chains....and how it would look on the shoulder, on the arm,etc.

I am very excited.

EDIT I know what is hildeguard.....is that the big big double zipper or the single?

sorry you're right, it is the violet which is quite easy to tell due to the handle Sometimes the violet looks quite small and other times, much larger. I'll have to check them in person as I'm sure selfridges will have some lying around.

I think its a medium/large bag if it had a size tag on it.

I think of course the clutch is the smallest then the hildeguard then violet then pers.
