Personaly I love giving accessories as gifts. In the past I have given my ex-girlfriends Foxy Jewelry. Their prices are in the range of $25.00-$30.00. They have nice pieces and are excellent quality. They're also hand-made in Toronto, which I find is great. Not to mention they are made out of pueter with a sterling silver matte finish, which means it won't tarnish.
