I love it. It's huge and impractical and probably completely uncomfortable but it's fabulous and you don't notice anyone else on the carpet but her which is what every actress wants. She looks amazing.

This outfit would have been a billion times cuter with a flat sandal. I love her in fedoras, and I love that dress. To get nitpicky I'd have ditched the necklaces since it already has a halter neck, less is more.
