Yes, it says mary has a little lamb.
She has a thing for lambs or people guessed that was her nickname. And her mom is named mary. Its kind of like she wrote mommy's little girl. i think its cute and at least its a meaningful tattoo, less likely to regret it.

I was going to say the same thing. The first line is from "Mary had a...", and it's in black. Below it, however, there are words in purple writing, and they don't appear to follow the "Mary had a..." poem.
