Smart move with the chop, I've always found her pretty but rather boring at the same time. The new hair looks great and makes her look more interesting.

It makes her a little more edgy and a little less plain jane imo.

I wouldn't say ages her, but it gives her more of a sophistication i think. It's not like it makes her look like she's 30 or something. There's just a more mature air about her now imo.

I don't think she had a choice to cut it. Her hair always looked so damaged to me. The color is never right. She needs to switch hairstylists.
