Difference Between Oil-free And Alcohol-free Products

i have combi skin...oily dehydrated skin i think. cos my t-zone is oily, but recently cos i wna get rid of the zits i kinda overused the pimple lotion so my skin (cheek area) is flaky now grr.

i dont know what kinda cleanser/toner/moisturiser is good... can a cleanser contain alcohol?? and whats the difference between oil-free and alcohol-free? which kind is better for my skin type? cos i know alcohol would dry up my skin right??
