Dilema

I have to buy a dress for a very formal occasion and i hane narrowed it down to these choices at the bottom.

I am about to spend alot of money on on of them....trust me, i usually only indulge in a few pieces each season and then stock up at guess and h&m....but this is a really important event.... what do u guys think?
