I worked in the high fashion department at David Jones in Sydney's flagship store, and it was 30% off everything store-wide. If it was black and you could argue you were purchasing it as work clothing, you were entitled to 50% off.

I'm seasonal at Victoria's Secret- 30% off (seasonal and regular employees), no discount on sale items [so even employees just wait for Semi-Annual; it's a better deal than the discount 
].
I think my only qualm is that seasonals can't use our discount off season, but we also can't use any of the free panty coupons or anything.
