russianelf, some of thumbnails you posted recently are not working

Well I guess this shuts me up. I never knew Tyra booked a campaign, shot by Meisel and with Kate Moss. She's mentioned a few times being shot by Meisel, but I always thought it was for Elle or some editorial.

LOL It really is Tyra… (This was the period where she was aggressively pursuing acting and appearing in both television and film, so understandably she would be an exclusive booking and any brand would have felt like they had snagged a hot actress. Who’d have thought she would veer off to the tabloid/trash industry by the next decade LOL)

And such a stunningly, supreme campaign (would love to also see the men’s…). Dolce’s entire decade-run was gorgeously untouchable— and well into the early-2000s. Much like Tyra, who’d have ever thought they’d veer off so far from such dreamweaving HF-branding to the current trash aesthetic they’re consistently churning out in the current era… :sob:

Thank you @russianelf!

The BEST D&G campaign, this photo of Nadja with Kate is DIVINE... And Meisel inspired by Lindbergh's style only makes things better, since Peter is my favorite photographer.

I was coming to type the above but scrolled down and realized I shared the same thought years ago.

They've been trying to make things great like this for a few seasons but the results will never be the same. Meisel has for so long been tarnished.
