Dolce & Gabbana Menswear S/S 2026 Milan

I love it, they have been the highlight of Milan for a while now on. So refreshing to see new ideas keep coming in their mens collections.

I love it as well. A great collection and runway show.

if only the figured out to not package the whole thing in such a cringe corporate show every time they could be cooler brand back like 2000 when they balanced pop tacky with being actually cool

the pj underwear is way too late even if they own the brand label stitched on the outside on everything way before Miu miu capitalized on it

I remember when Stefano was going mega public on Instagram, and making all those comments saying Chinese people are a country of dog sh*ts and don't shower that they would have a tough time recovering but they seem to be thriving.

i love all the baby blue and pink. The coffee snd tan accent is nice too. Love the refined kimono like arms on the shirts. Very elegant.

dolces uomo proposition consisting of pjs is equal opportunity since their womens proposition is lingerie.

Dolce Uomo just has a magical fit and its hard to avoid them tbqh.

That remark may have been taken out of context just to further a narrative to cancel these two that was all the rage in the 2010s, when they were posting/making rather insensitive beliefs publicly, on the heel of the woke movement. No doubt it was an insensitive and rude remark, but I don't got the impression that it was discriminating against all Chinese people— just the ones with BO and tend to indiscriminately relieve themselves publicly LMFAO

Having travelled to Beijing for work in the earlier 2010s, even the more cosmopolitan part of the city can be rather provincial, with people stinking of BO and publicly relieving themselves publicly and even indoors at department stores, especially children. It's likely from a population that had just moved to the big city from small rural regions, so they didn't know any better. Haven’t witnessed that sort of behaviour a decade later, so fortunately people have learned and improved their social etiquette (but unlike a country like Japan, rudeness still seems to be a norm in China: which seems to be a trait mistaken for being assertive. Not that different from the ghetto behaviour of some Americans LOOL).

Anyway, this collection stinks: One of their weakest design habit has always been taking their inspirations so literally. Their sleek streak of refined tailoring a few years ago seems over and it’s back to a eurotrashy caricature. Not that far removed from Jacquemus, frankly.

That's because you haven't visited me! come join me in tHe GrEaTeSt cItY iN tHe wOrLd so you can see people taking a dump as you exit the train at 8 am and putting BO to shame because gangrene left and right.

It's partly that woke was all the rage.. but also... what a drag it's been to witness the boomers' debut on the internet via facebook. They really went from 'can't type/I only use the internet every other week to check my emails' to a full blown, asperger-ish, karaoke use of a platform where every half-baked thought deserves to be posted and having an audience seems to give them twice the amount of cortisol the average person gets from likes. 'I'd say all Chinese people eat dogs' 'what if you're middle-eastern and left-handed?' 'is the earth actually round?'.. they really pioneered s*itposting 😅.. and for whatever reason it didn't dawn on them that if platforms are free for you, so are for anyone else, and they were later clutching their pearls that someone dared to express something just as fiery.. about them lol.

Anyway, seems like he's navigating the internet better.. and their collections look less chaotic than 10 years ago but you just know they're way past their best years..

i liked it...refreshing their own codes...there are some nice pieces...
did Karl Templer styled this?

They did Pyjamas for SS2009 and they are revisiting and it’s ok.
It’s maybe less impactful as it was in 2008 but it works, it digestible and it will sell.

It’s a pity that the suits are so big but anyway it’s good. I still have my pyjama from the womenswear show somewhere in my wardrobe so I’m curious to see how the new womenswear collection will look. Dolce & Gabbana was much more sophisticated back then. It was a very opulent collection with brocade, Mikado silk, satin duchesse…etc. I expect something less precious.

Can someone please post the runway pics? I can't watch it right now and wanna be excited about it too!

Not at the state your city’s in LOOL I had a friend who wouldn’t sit when she was on the train, so I’d stand alongside her whenever we took the train. She never made a fuss or looked uncomfortable— she just stood and avoided touching anything. Then a BF also avoided the train like a plague. They were both Russian so I don’t know if the trains in Moscow just scarred them for life, or I’m just reading into something that’s not there since I never had teh chance to experience the train when I was in Moscow… Their behaviour definitely influenced me to make as little contact with anything on the train if it’s possible (just like avoiding park benches since they’ve served as unsavoury behaviour for the homeless and avoiding sitting on the grass in parks since people and their dogs can be so inconsiderate…)

When these brands first started to invest in a presence in China back in the early-2000s, there were always varying signs of discrimination/prejudice/classism. There’s no doubt that Asians in general are bullied; all you need to do is see the utter disrespect that trash pranksters inflict on Asian countries during their visit. Jake Paul’s and Johnny Somali's pathetic stunts in Japan and Korea comes to mind. These people wouldn’t dare behave so disrespectfully if they were in any of the African countries. The reports of Armani’s people treating the Chinese models with a blatant sense of disdain comes off classist rather than racist; no different than Angela spoke of her attempts at involving the high-profile photographers to contribute to her Vogue only to be met with rejection since they likely viewed Vogue China in its infancy as inferior from a then developing country. That’s classism. I once viewed Zara’s image as inferior to high fashion, but it absolutely rivals— if not superior in branding to all the supposed bluechip brands in 2025. If I were a high profile name as Dolce, I’d absolutely bite my tongue before spewing a pampered, elitist opinion that would no doubt be ammunition for those ready to take you down. While someone as equally ignorant as Jacquemus not getting slack but praised instead for ridiculing a girl for being poor and “wouldn’t be able to afford" his trash bags since she made an antigay post. She may be pathetic and ignorant for her post but he’s just as equally so. And he looks like Andy Samberg.

To be fair, the woman actively attacked him first when he posted a picture of him and his boyfriend. All he did was call her broke.

under woke law: broke should be ok as a backhanded reply /shade its fine :-) for anti gayness

Finally sat down to watch it. There's something kinda FATHERLY about it. Maybe it's because I hate wearing pajamas, but it looks a bit couch potato.

The pastels are indeed gorgeous. The striped shorts are a must-have.
