Donna Karan F/W 07.08 NYC

wow. what a strong collection!
the evening wear is probably a little redundent, but the day wear is so strong and she is doing she is the best at. The material looks so rich...

There are very few things about it that I dislike, just the odd look/piece here and there. As Diorling already said, the shoes are ugly, and I;m not loving the hats, not because they're bad or anything but they seem more suited to an Armani collection than to a Donna Karan collection.

oh my. This is such a strong collection! I'm loving the hats and the make-up! The shoes are pretty appalling on their own, but somehow they seem to balance the clothes perfectly.

i like this collection , so many nice dresses and i loove the blue purple coat ^_^

Her collections get better and better. That yellow dress Lily is wearing is beautiful. I'm not really digging the shoes though. They look a bit 90's.

LOVE this! The hats are do look a little Armani, but that's fine here because she doesn't do them over and over. This is extremely sexy and stealth. Modern, yet not blatant and I hope these pieces get worn out on the streets sometime!

These shoes are way too symbolic of Balenciaga's S/S 2007 heels.

i like it--it suits the house. so evidently f/w 2007 is shaping to include fetish heels, jewel tones, and loads of 20s/30s satin/feathers

LOVE it!!!!! very sophisticated, and not one single look i don't like!!! so good.

I really like this collection alot I think its very strong. I love the rich colors and textrures, and its very sexy but in a powerful kinda of not so obvious way. The shoes are amazing as well, love the patent booties and purple croc boots!

Really loved this collection.
I would wear every piece, and I thought the hats just finished it nicely.

Wow, amazing collection, her best since Spring 2006. I love her experiments in draping, and the splashes of color were just perfect. The only thing I didn't like was the hats - they just distracted from the clothes.

i love those dresses, but i hate the shoes...
she did great job this season, also love her DKNY collection

It's the consistency with which she creates each collcetion that makes me a fan of her work and this is just perfect. An appropriate and fitting end to New York

it;s lovely...

but from a commercial point of view...
too many evening/party pieces...
her 'career clothing' is usually her strength...
so i am surprised by this...

but not disappointed...
i agree brian....still on a roll....:flower:
