Yesterday i saw a billboard showing a cover of Elle China with her in it, but i was too fast passing by. I think it's the July issue.

ok i saw the billboard again yesterday. its' not July issue, it's a "summer special issue", which is not yet out.
her hair is curvy, looks quite fresh and summery(is that a word? lol). and yes, i'm sure it's not a wig.
