E. coli In Bagged Spinach-- US

Well she ate at the restaurant on the last Saturday and said she was not feeling too well the Sunday night. :(
 
Everybody has different digestion...sometimes it can happen in 1-2 hours, sometimes a day...
 
My university has a sign posted outside the cafeteria stating that they only serve fresh bagged spinach haha.
