Green Smoothies

I agree, I'd rather have it in a salad. Any reason why it's supposed to be so good in a smoothie? Maybe just for people who don't like veggies (disguising it with the fruit) or something like that?

Personally I find the flavor of kale a little harsh...that's just personal preference though. I love almond milk, spinach, banana, and apple...adding a few (unsalted) cashew nuts to the mix is nice as well.

In Sweden, almond milk is usually where the lactose intolerant milks are (at the usual food stores). Maybe it's the same in Denmark?

sorry... maybe I translated wrong

I don't know if you have those kind of supermarkets in Denmark (although I am quite sure). You find such kinds of milk in supermarkets that sell organic things only. Some supermarket have it in the section where soy products are.
Good luck :flower:

^ In the US it seems like almost every supermarket sells it. You can make your own though if you can't find it.

My nutritionist gave me a smoothie I actually like. She said it helps with digestion and loosing weight. I have it as breakfast and I don't feel the need to eat anything until lunch time.

You just throw all of this in a blender and I like to have it all the ingredients frozen. I'm lazy.

half a prickly cacto or nopal,( in case you dont know what it is,it looks like this)
