Venus is/was a design student so to me its perfectly okay that she starts a line. The line is athletic so she also gets a pass for sticking with something she would know about. If she was trying to do couture I would probably be on the hate bandwagon. I need some running shoes so I might have to check hers out.

Finally someone on this board who know how to think logically and doesn't bash anything that doesn't look like a Lanvin collection or someone who isn't thin as Heather Marks.

I hate comments like "Ew" and "yuck", very childish and naive. Put your feet back on earth and try to look things from a different perspective. Sometimes I wonder what world some of you live in.

It completely natural for Venus to design a collection like this one. She's an athlete and down to earth person make it completely logical for her to design something that reflects her life and what she stands for.
