Guy Ritchie might not have been overly happy about the news that Madonna is now living with her toyboy lover - but he hit back in spectacular fashion last night. The singer's new lover Jesus Luz is said to have given up his life in Brazil to move in with her in Manhattan.
Not to be outdone, the Sherlock Holmes director hit the town last night with Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson.

Still super: The model, who was known as The Body during her heyday, looked in fine form

He took the 44-year-old bachelorette - known in her heyday as The Body - for dinner at the Notting hill Brasserie.
Guy and Elle must have had a lot to talk about, as the pair stayed in each other's company until 12.30am - leaving separately to avoid being photographed together.
And judging by the smirks on their faces, the night went rather well.
Elle has been largely single since her 2005 split from French financier Arpad Busson, with whom she has two children Flynn, 11, and Cy, six.
Guy's eight-year marriage to Madonna, 50, ended last year and the couple now share custody of their two sons, Rocco, eight, and David, three.

So it went well then? Guy emerged from the Notting Hill Brasserie with a grin on his face

SUPERMODEL Elle Macpherson has landed a role in Ashton Kutcher’s new show, Beautiful Life.

The catwalk stunner, nicknamed The Body, will play 1980s supermodel Claudia who owns Focus Models, a top modelling agency.
It’s thought the character runs her business with the efficiency and toughness of a dictator.
The drama will revolve around a group of models living together in New York.
Mischa Barton has also been lined up for a part, and is expected to play Sonja, a supermodel and veteran of the high-fashion circuit who is struggling to keep on top.

Return to Oz: Dannii Minogue shows off her petite figure in futuristic backless dress

In Britain she's known as Kylie's little sister, but back in Australia Danni Minogue is a huge star.
And last night she even managed to eclipse fellow Aussie Elle 'The Body' Macpherson on the red carpet.
The two, who both live in London, were attending the Prixe de Marie Claire Awards at the Royal Hall of Industries and photographers naturally asked them to pose together for a photograph.

But while Dannii was more than happy to oblige, Elle was less than keen, saying her 6ft height would look silly next to the 5ft 2 singer.
Ell said: 'I'll make her look like a little girl.'
Instead Dannii, who is in the country to film Australia's Got Talent, was joined by her rugby player boyfriend Kris Smith, 30.

The singer showed off her new short haircut in a striking black dress with a cut-out back and tail with oversized shoulder pads.
Meanwhile supermodel Elle covered up her stunning body in a billowing Gucci silk chiffon blue kaftan dress.
The 45-year-old entrepreneur and mother-of-two, who was once known as 'The Body' because of her curves, seemed reluctant to show her fabulous figure.
To match the volume of the dress, the age-defying model gave her blonde locks a size boost with luscious curls.
Elle has been holidaying in her hometown with her sons Flynn, 11, and Aurelius, five, before they go back to school in London next week.
During her Easter trip down under, Elle has been spending time with her parents Peter and Frances Macpherson and hosted a fundraising party for a children's charity.
Elle has also been taking water-skiing lessons in the beachside suburb of Cronulla, where she was born.
