Don't try this at home! Elle Macpherson gives her son a lift from school on her handlebars

Motherhood proved quite the balancing act for Elle Macpherson as she collected her son from school yesterday.
The supermodel perched her youngest child, Aurelius Cy, on the handlebars of her black cruiser as she rode the pair back to her West London home.
She appeared surprisingly relaxed despite the five-year-old's perilous position, smiling broadly as they made their way through the city's streets.

The 44-year-old's afternoon outing then turned into an expat reunion of sorts - she bumped into fellow Australian Jason Donovan, who was also riding around town on his bicycle.
Elle recently revealed that she is more homesick than ever amid rumours she's considering moving her family back home.

Asked if she missed her birthplace, she said: 'Yes, very much. I don't get back enough. I still feel Australian, very much so.
'I haven't lived there since I was 17, but it's part of my soul.
'I travel round the world, I speak a few languages, but I'm basically just an Aussie surfer chick.'
Elle also has a son Flynn, 10, from her nine-year relationship with financier Arpad 'Arki' Busson, who is currently engaged to Hollywood star Uma Thurman.

Elle Macpherson makes waves with her stunning body - and her surfing's not bad either

Elle Macpherson is not just a pretty face.
The supermodel also appears to have have mastered the art of surfing.
Elle, 44, stunned onlookers when she proved age hasn't caught up with her yet as she surfed the waves on holiday in Australia.

And the sport clearly helps her to stay in shape as she also displayed her long, lean legs in black bikini bottoms.
Later, Elle kicked back on shore, loking stunning in in a brown mini skirt and vest stop - but was sure to protect her skin from the sun with a trendy cowboy hat and sunglasses.
The active mother-of-two - known as the body - recently came under fire for cycling with her five-year-old son Aurelius Cy perched on her handlebars.

But the Notting Hill resident maintained she has no plans to stop riding her bike.
‘I don’t know what all the fuss was about. I love my children and would never put them in any danger.
'He was wearing a crash helmet and I wasn’t going very fast,’ the Australian saiod.
She added: ‘I would never stop cycling.
'We have so much fun and, besides, it helps keeps me in shape.’
