From what I can remember, that cover shot is from an old Allure editorial... yep, I can't recall which issue it's actually from, but someone posted a scan of this image in her thread in 2005:

German Elle has airbrushed out the bracelets.

7 years... that's indeed old. Good choice to airbrush the bracelets out, otherwise it would've looked too cluttered with the masthead.
