Everything works here, especially the colour scheme. We really need to take our hats off for Elle France. Week after week they turn out a solid offering, sometimes misses, but mostly hits! I still have Lara's issue, which imo is a classic shot.

Thanks for Edie's edit, Helafav5! I'm not going to stop whinging about the dark hair. The entire edit is amazing, but the shots with the dark hair ruins it. So glad she ditched that look. Hopefully this is the last shoot with it.

I couldn't agree with you more. Edie's shot with Steven Meisel, David Sims and Inez & Vinoodh before but this is by far the best she's ever looked! The team behind the shoot has nailed the styling and Liz Collins photographed Edie beautifully. Bravo!

Thanks TNF! Did you get a Chanel mascara with? It says so on the subs cover. As both looks are from Chanel, they must be a big sponsor for this edition.

Both covers are nice, could've done without busy the backgrounds, but its ok.

Yes, I got a mascara with it. It's in the extra piece of carton. It's not that visible, though.

Personally, I like the busy backgrounds. 'Party like it's 1989', like the editor in chief said.
