Sorry to disappoint you all but that girl isn't Kate Moss. I've downloaded the magazine from www.relay.fr and it definitely isn't her. It's a pretty mediocre issue, actually.

i liked that they tried to do something different with the cover but bette is looking a little too dear caught in the headlights for my liking. it does look like a cool cover from a distance though!
