It's Nora Arzeneder she played in Faubourg 36 with Gérard Jugnot and Clovis Cornillac. She got a campaign for a Guerlain Fragrance as well.
I'm not a fan, although I think she looks very pretty on that cover.

I agree about the red box, and yeah it'll probably last all the summer... ELLE France covers are often very boring anyway...

A nice cover indeed! Diana looks gorgeous (and: isn't she romanian herself? I think it's always great when countries are loyal to their "own" models ) Very fresh, colourful and summery! I even love the overdone pose.

I agree, US Elle features a lot of celebrities. My allegiance however lies with British Elle, and Harpers.
