If you mean the french elle it's Andrea diacconu (sp?) on the cover .

I don't mind what she's wearing, it can be terribly tedious to see pictures of women dolled up in tight clothes and shoes they can't possibly walk in. In that cover image, she looks like a person with an active life, rather than a space-age prostitute.
