Thanks for the beautiful pictures. Elsa is just so very beautiful, elegant and classy. Too bad her career has pretty much fizzled~RoseBud~ said:

I don't understand, same issue with Yasmin Ghauri. She and Elisa are goddesess, perfect in everyway and yet...their careers flop? Almost all of the models around today pale in comparission to them, specially Gisele, Adriana and Daria.
Yasmeen's career didn't flop. She attained supermodel status, then "retired" to marry and have kids. Her career did not fizzle - Yasmeen made the choice to quit. In the case of Elsa it is rumored that her decision to do SI did in her career. Being too closely associated with SI can finish off a model in high fashion. Some, such as Isabeli Fontana seems to have survived unscathed, and Fernanda Tavares is still around, but others have not fared so well.salival said:I don't understand, same issue with Yasmin Ghauri. I couldn't say for sure. But in the fashion world SI is viewd as low rent - low class - the type of stuff hooligans hang on the wall of a garage or locker room. And I guess the models who become too closely associated with SI are viewed in the same way: low rent-low class-not to be taken seriously. Sad but true. And in the case of Elsasalival said:I wonder how SI sank her career? Why does it happens?
In any case, I hope she makes a come back!
(G-d bless her) not only did she do SI, but she was on the cover!!! As far as a comeback is concerned, I think that's out of the question. First: she's too old - unless you're a real supermodel coming back (Linda, Christy, Naomi, etc) fashion wants new faces: little girls still in highschool. I think the best she'll do is the catalogs: Spiegel, etc., and second and third rate magazines: Shape, etc.
