They're all the same thing. In America, we tend to call them jumpers or rompers. But, in Ireland/UK you all call them playsuits. And I don't know if it's just me, but I always think of a jumpsuit as a full body [including trousers] romper.

^Thank you quiet_heartbeat! I always associate one-piece clothing with little kids because that's what they wore when I was younger. So to see jumpers, rompers, etc on adults completely baffles me. XD
