Also if you look at the pictures where she is pushing her luggage you can see that she has her Chanel Coco Cabas bag I'm surprised she still has it because I haven't seen her use it in years and I thought that it probably burnt in her house fire. I hope she uses it a lot more now because I like it more than all of her other handbags.

I know! I love that bag too. I think she got it after the fire. Her house burned down in 2006. And she was not seen carrying it around until 2007. I feel like such a dork for knowing this

At first I thought the dress was Betsey Johnson because the top half especially the puffed sleeves is very Betsey Johnson but I don't recall seeing it in any runway pictures or anywhere else in fact so I don't think it is buy her.

also her ex Dominic recently relieved that he had something to do with Evangeline getting her role in "The Hobbit".

It wouldn't surprise me if he was bitter she's moved on faster than he has and just had a baby and then she will get to work with HIS friends on "The Hobbit" (that would make anyone bitter). Plus she is a star on the rise doing some big high profile blockbusters while he is going indies...it sucks to be him atm .

lol about the clothes but I really do hope that her new character is different to Kate appearance wise as well as personality wise because I don't want people to think of Kate when they see this movie .

I hope Tauriel does look more like this with long, curly brown hair and not bleach blonde straight hair like Legolas (Orlando Bloom's character) because there are rumours going around that Tauriel could be related to him.

And, I agree, that manip is gorgeous. However her character looks, I know we can expect her to look nothing like Kate on Lost!

i think she could look great with blonde hair. Emilia Clarke (Daenerys from Game of Thrones) sometimes reminds me a bit of Evangeline and she's also brunette irl and i think she looks stunning with the white blonde hair on the show

^ that girl actually looks really nice with blonde hair so i will wait to see pictures of Evangeline in character until I pass judgement. I just don't want them to make her 'plain' because he eyes and skin tone compliment brown hair blonde hair just washes her out.

Also I have a question for the LotR/Hobbit fans I have never read any of the books or watched the Trilogy do I have to catch up to understand what is going on in the Hobbit movies?

i've read (i think i never finished it) the Hobbit when i was a kid so it's not fresh in my memory. but essentially it's what happens before the trilogy so no need to have any knowledge. the trilogy is about destroying the ring, the hobbit is the story how one of the characters happens to find the ring.
