I'm really liking especially the artist's paintings, which are used as prints. It really goes well like this!
I wonder if there's any issue with copyright? My previous post above^, the prints are exact to Escher's prints. So, a person can't say it's "inspired by an artist"... Also, Escher's timeline is from 1898-1972, so he'd already passed away by the time the dresses are made???

Thanks for the link, piep. Their works seem really similar, I guess they might have influences on each other.

As to the runway version of the artist's works, I actually think those inspired ones better than the direct using of prints. Always like something that's more creative.

in Donna Karen's Spring/Summer 2006 collection.
