I was inspired to start this thread by seeing the numerous deals TFSers here are scoring. Its all nice and good to buy designer but you can't deny the satisfaction you get from buying something great that makes your wallet happy as well. It amazes me to see what professional shoppers some of you are!

Seriously, in another thread I saw someone find some nice vintage boots for just €10! Show off your finds here!:flower:

(or even post items similar to more expensive ones that are much less like they do in the mags)

These are my new boots.

Only 10 €

What do you think about them?

I got a Lucky brand top for $3.75 at Nordstrom Rack one time...that's also where I can get evening gowns that were over $100 for $50 or less. Well, they actually don't carry evening gowns, just shorter dresses.

Also a pair of Tommy Girl stilettos at Ross for $10 that last time I checked, were going on eBay for over $40.

Hmmm... there should be a thread on this... I may have to dig back into the archives. :flower:

Good week of bargains. :mowhawk:

I just bought 2 classic Vans slip ons (one for me and one for a friend). $19 dollars on sale then if you buy a 2nd pair its half off so the other was just $10 bucks. Originally $40

I went vintage hunting and found a dress for $1, a beautiful bead necklace for $9 and a cameo for $4

Earl Jeans sweater for the boyfriend. $29 that was originally $110.

I got this coat a couple of months ago, it was so cheap for a lined pure wool coat (£35!) and I have worn it loads, and amazingly it is still clean! I've been alternating between this and my vintage black leather jacket depending on how warm it's been :flower:

connolly (think a london version of hermes) leather shirt for £200- originally priced over £1500- sadly it's too beige and doesn't fit with anything else i have....

Mine mine mine!!!!!

Most are really cheap shoes. Nothing over USD $25 here.. The pair closest to anything designer is my Melissa + Campana brothers' collaboration, the red jellies..

mizblue, i don't know.. you would have to ask caterina italia which designer it is! I think she got them in Spain :)

A pair of awesome Helmut Lang sunglasses for $18 and another for less than $16 at an off fifths - outlet prices, plus the 70% off sale, plus my coupon!

$400+worth of sunglasses for less than $40 :)

Isn't there a thread called Cheap Chic that is basically the same idea?

oops, sorry luna, i didn't know! :( maybe we should merge and make it an all-inclusive thread, like stuff you got on sale instead of just stuff you could buy on a budget?

I got them yesterday at Neiman-Marcus Last call. They did not have the original box--so no shoe name. The lady in the shoe dept told me that she had put them out 5 minutes before. I realize--no box, not complete, but couldn't beat the price--$120, originally $590.
