i think i've only had one in my life.... the traditional kind, glazed...i dunno... but the old saying that they're have the same amount of calories as 2 big macs pretty much gives me the willies. lol!

Actually, for a donut, they dont have that many calories.....not near a big mack let alone 2! I dont know WHERE you heard that one....
but they are also quite small......

I mean, it doesn't hit me. I ate 8 one time at Younglife and it didn't faze me-and I didn't gain much weight cause I ate Subway exclusively the next day

the original glaze alone has 12 grams of fat per donut!! anothr has 18 grams ..i think it's bluebarrycake(??) along witha few others and the the one that tops the list is the chocolate ice cream filled one which has has 21 grams of fat

i like the glazed original and the glazed devils food ..YUM!!
