such a shame to add to that, since, a wise ol' gay man had just taught me about Wilde and Dorian only two days ago. he was mentioning an old film though.. or a play.. using what Wilde had written. and i see there are also a lot of graphic novels made of this piece
I'm really sorry to laugh at this ....
But gius, c'mone !
That is a REFERENCE of literature ! - and a gay reference, as well !
* fyi : i noticed the ed was inspired by Dorian Gray, long after ... *
i thought the same thing!that is obviously from Mixte ...
I can't tell more. i don't have this issue, I think.
That is a great story, indeed !
very "Happy Holi" - sorry but I'm obsessed with this indian fest at the moment ... so any splash of colours makes me think about this ...
lol you're welcome. i tried to make my post the least "spoiler" possible because it's really worth reading.i will have to find Wilde's book this month! don't anyone tell me more about the story
but thank you *ana*!
i wish i had! but he's a fictional character. the picture of dorian gray is a novel by oscar wilde, and "a young man of extraordinary personal beauty" is how the narrator refers to dorian at the beginning of the story. i love how that ed not only uses wilde's words and the idea of an extremely beautiful young man, but also incorporates the "evolution" of dorian's degradation through the years in a creative yet unpretentious way. not to mention willy vanderperre's work with light and shade, which is amazing.
