You're right, success can be all too fleeting, and designers sometimes seem to favor the newest faces. But there are also girls like Betty Adewole, who've been doing this for years, and who quietly grow from strength to strength. Like I said, Betty's no newcomer, but she had a great season, making her first appearances at Prada and Tom Ford. So there is hope.
