kind of disapointing to me, it seems like a lot of the shows are really just dedicated to one race. its so boring when everyone looks the same!

Where have all the black models gone? Hardly any walked for PFW. I know Chanel And Jourdan are walking for a few designers, Ajuma walked for Vivienne Westwood and Yordanos did two shows. WTH is Kinee and Mia Niara?!

Question,
Is it the agencies who submit the girls for the various Fashion Weeks? My reason for thinking this is based on the Show Cards released each season bearing agency's names, logos, etc. Am I correct?
Also, if this is the case why is it the agencies "show" their black girls to do mostly NYC shows and not the other cities? When I check models.com the European Fashion week Show Cards are very white.
