This campaign is very inspired by the one from s/s 2010 season. Anja did a great job back then.

Anyway, I have to admit that Joan looks incredible. And plus I'm so happy she's still working with Karl. And thank God it's not Chanel add again. Fendi fits her so much. Hope the rest of the pics will be as good as this one.

Well, that's a good thing to start with, but so far it doesn't look convincing. The first shot looks rather unnatural and it's not a perfect background I could imagine for this collection.

Wow... I guess I'm in the minority, but I really love the shot.

Her skin tone looks amazing, it actually compliments the clothes. I don't mind the position of her hands, in fact I quite like it. Overall the color palette, Chianti vineyard backdrop and Joan all compliment each other. It definitely feels like a fall campaign, I can say that much.

a huge leap from last season's imo, model choice does matter. Joan looked great from the preview shot as well as the behind the scenes.

in relation to campaign or runway? i know jourdan dunn is another ethnic model who has walked both runways but not campaign though.

I could hardly call myself a Joan fanboy and her work is usually hit and miss for me, but this campaign is just beautiful I love the colors, she looks quite lovely, and even if the poses are a bit forced I still love the whole composition. I feel like a lot of the campaigns are making me like the collections I initially hated a few months ago

Well... the baguette bag is one of its icons (haven't see the Selleria yet) and Fendi is leather goods brand mainly. I don't see any problem, it looks nice.
