I have a question for all you fashionistas, how do you afford these bags, shoes etc? Do you have rich husbands or are you working girls (no pun intended)?? I didn't marry rich (sadly) and am staying at home to raise my son. So I'm broke. I do, however, love fashion and I'm getting an LV Alma (real I assure you, and used!) for my birthday. I'm very excited! I just was wondering because I think you're all so lucky to get the Fendi bags!! I love reading all your posts too!! I guess I'll just live vicariously!

question from a fendi novice

i'm not sure if there's a fendi Q&A thread here...in any case i just wanted to ask what the difference is between the mama bag and the baguette..i mean obviously the shape's different but are the sizes drastically different as well? i'm thinking of purchasing one but this is online so i'm not that sure about the dimensions and what not. since y'all are fendi experts and all, kindly shed some light on this.

i suggest you get it now because i believe there is a waiting list for it. i think it will become a hot in demand bag like the balenciagas.

I was in the Fendi store, and they had SO many bags, just lying there.

It didn't seem like an issue getting hold of one.

I am quite nonchelant about it, if I get it I'll get it..

I am not planning to through the same frenzy as I did getting the Silverado, to much damn hassle!
