I was told that the red is a special order only and the SA thought the quota (at least for that store) had been filled. cherry red doesn't sound very appealing -- I hope it's not too bright. a deep true red would be lovely. in the "red bags" thread I said a red fendi spy would be interesting and people were like, what?

I just thought I'd share my new Fendi Spy in Navy Blue!

Each photo came out slightly different in the light, but the true color is a deep, rich blue- it almost looks black sometimes.

I guess this is a new color for Fall?

Btw, another new variation on the spy for fall/winter is the mixed color leather/handle combination. They are coming out with Brown leather body with medium blue colored handles.

My local store does not even know if they can/are able to order the A/W items much less be able to get a copy of the catalogue, can you believe it?? And it is a Fendi Boutique not a departmental store......

I'm so glad that y'all like it....it was definitely a leap for me because of the $cost$ and not originally even considering the navy since I hadn't seen it, but the navy just felt right for my style what I wear on a daily basis.

Should I take my photos down? Does anyone worry about them being used on ebay?

Sorry to hear that! Bergdorf actually faxed me a photo all the way here in Europe! As of last week, my friends reported that Bergdorf had the mink spys (in two colors - dark grey and cream, which accd to my friends is DIVINE!!) and they had the velvet with prints.

I love the blue... Thats on my wishlist, but I dont think I'd be able to afford it until about jan-feb and by then it'll be all sold out. I still dont like it as much as the green but I think it's a great color. Congrats jessruthie!
