I just visited eBay & did a search on "Fendi Spy". This is totally disgusting!! less than 5 real deals out of 197 items. And the fakes selling at ridiculous prices! One's starting at $1500 & BIN at $2175. Another starting at $1399. I hope no one bids for them.

Report them to E-bay! In case you are not sure what to do to report counterfeit items:

Click on "Help" then type "counterfeit" into the search box. You should be able to click on the first link then scroll down and find a link to report counterfeit items on E-Bay. Just plug in the item numbers...

I did this over the last few days and while they don't pull ALL of the listings, I have succeeded in getting a few members booted off e-bay. But fighting fakes is a never ending battle!

But I am not really hopeful that the color will turn out satisfactory. The SA showed me one meant for another customer and the color is definately different from the initial batches. It is much much lighter and there is almost no texturing (leather was almost smooth nappa all the way) on the whole bag.

So to the girls who cannot lay their hands on a green, don't despair cos most likely the ones in the later batches doesn't look any bit like the ones seen on Nicole Richie and Sienna Miller?

Jess->Actually waiting isn't too bad at all. It will be worth it if the bags arrives all proper and nicely done. Don't want them to rush and give me shoddy workmanship especially with such an expensive bag and then give me problems with returning and stuff.

In Singapore, it is VERY difficult to return anything you've bought unless there is a super major fault and the product is returned within 7 days or thereof. As it is, we are already made to pay a 50% deposit upon ordering the bag. Feels even worst when repaying for the card bill without even touching the bag yet

Why is it that Fendi isn't the least bit concerned over their bags being knocked off left and right and sold for the original price? They must think the counterfeits are a form of flattery as Chanel does.

Saw the Cherry Spy @Fendi Yesterday!

I got a call from Fendi Boutique yesterday that they got the Cherry Spys so i went straight after work!

IMO, the color looks like a pale shade of pinkish red. Kinda "washed-out" looking. The bag looks like it was painted with red water-colors Definitely not what I had expected...maybe I was comparing it to my dk brown Spy, which was much richer in terms of color. The leather was also not as turtle-ish textured.

For those who are considering a cherry Spy, I would suggest that you see it in person before you buy, or have the option of returning it if you didn't like it. well, some might it as it's actually a very soft color !

The medium sequin spy is roughly $4800, and the large is around $5400 from FENDI boutiques. I would suggest calling around to all the boutiques to see if they still have open waiting lists (it was limited in production to S/S 05). That's how I got mine, but I got it in May, so it has been awhile!
