FRANKIE RAYDER says yes! The stunning supermodel agreed to marry her Red Hot Chili Pepper rocker boyfriend, Flea, after he offered her a "fat diamond ring" she told PAGESIX.COM. Rayder, who played herself in Zoolander and was named the Sexiest Woman in the World by GQ magazine, said she was "very happy".
